Mango & Sticky Rice using InnovAsian Sticky White Rice

1. In a microwavable container add InnovAsian Sticky White Rice, 1 can of coconut milk, 1/3 cup of sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix them well.
2. Cook the rice mixture in a microwave uncovered for 3 minutes. Once the time is done, stir the rice well and cook in a microwave for another 3 minutes.
3. Carefully take the rice out of the microwave and sit aside for it to cool down.
4. In the meantime, in a saucepan add 1 can of coconut milk, 1 tbsp of sugar, 1 tsp of salt, and a pinch of all purpose flour. Cook in a low heat and keep stirring to prevent it to burn. Note: the sauce should be slightly salty and should not be too sweet since the sticky rice and the mango are sweet. The nutty taste from coconut milk and the saltiness from this sauce will help tie everything together.
5. Once the sugar is melted, remove from the heat.
6. Slice ripe mango into your preferable size.
7. Plating time. Add Sticky rice, mango and top with coconut sauce.
8. Garnish with fresh mint and serve!
