Omelette Wrapped InnovAsian Spicy Beef Fried Rice

1. Warm up InnovAsian Spicy Beef Fried Rice for 5 minutes in the microwave.
2. In the meantime, break eggs into a large mixing bowl and beat until well mixed.
3. Heat 2 tsp. oil, and add the egg. Lower the heat down and slowly form a thin layer of omelette. Once done, remove the omelette and set aside.
4. Slowly add InnovAsian Spicy Beef Fried Rice on top. Once the rice is added, fold the omelette and flip over so that the rice is covered by the egg.
5. Serve on a plate and garnish with some scallions or parsley.
6. Add some Sriracha and Japanese mayonnaise for extra heat (optional).
