SAVE and SHARE 📩↗️ this Pad Kra Pao (ผัดกระเพา) 🌿 aka Thai basil stir fried. Note. I started cooking the ground pork first to get the fat out before I added the aromatics. So I did not need to use vegetables oil and the reason why I did not start by fragrance the aromatics first is because we have closed kitchen and I tried to avoid the smell in the house but I highly recommend if you can cook this dish in an opened kitchen. Start with the aromatics! Note2. In this recipe. There is no need to add more sugar since the dark soy sauce is sweet already. We don’t want this dish becoming too sweet. 🛒 What you’ll need - 2 tbsp of vegetables oil - 1 lbs ground pork(or any protein of your choice) - Eggs - 3 cloves garlic - Thai chili peppers (can be adjusted) - 1 tbsp light soy sauce - 3 tbsp dark soy sauce - 2 tbsp fish sauce - 1 tbsp oyster sauce - Handful of Thai basil (preferably Holy basil) - Dried Thai peppers (optional) - Cooked rice 🥢 How 1.
